XceedTrans follows a per-vehicle, per-month subscription model. Pricing scales with your fleet size: the more vehicles you add, the lower the per-vehicle cost. We offer monthly and annual billing, with annual plans giving up to 20% savings. All plans include the web dashboard, driver app, passenger app, and standard support. No hidden charges, ever. The subscription price covers the platform, apps, and standard onboarding. Optional paid add-ons, such as custom integrations, white-label branding, advanced API access, or dedicated server infrastructure, are clearly listed and quoted separately before any commitment. What we quote is what you pay.

Yes. We offer a free, no-obligation demo where our team walks you through the platform live, tailored to your business type. After the demo, you can request a pilot with your actual fleet data. We also offer a 14-day free trial on select plans. Ask your account manager for details during the demo call.

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. Annual plans can be cancelled at the end of the term. We don't lock you in with long contracts. Before cancelling, our team will reach out to understand your concerns and do everything possible to resolve any issues you're facing.

For the driver app, no extra hardware is needed. Drivers use their existing Android or iOS smartphones. For hardwired fleet tracking (suitable for logistics vehicles, buses, or vehicles without a dedicated driver phone), we support a wide range of OBD-II and hardwired GPS trackers. We can recommend compatible devices based on your vehicle type and use case.

Yes. XceedTrans provides open REST APIs that allow integration with any ERP, HRMS, accounting, or CRM system. We have pre-built connectors for Tally, Zoho, SAP Business One, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Dynamics. For custom integrations, our technical team works with your IT department to set up a seamless data exchange. Integration scope and timelines are discussed during onboarding.

We take data security very seriously. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our infrastructure runs on tier-3 data centres with 99.9% uptime SLA. We follow GDPR-aligned data handling practices, support role-based access controls, provide audit logs for all admin actions, and offer single-tenant hosting for enterprise clients who require data isolation.

Most businesses are fully live within 48 hours of signing up. Day 1 covers account setup, fleet import, and platform configuration. Day 2 covers driver app installation, test trips, and team training. Our dedicated onboarding team guides you through every step, so you don't need an in-house IT team. For larger enterprise deployments, timelines are agreed upon in advance.

Not at all. The driver app is designed specifically for drivers who are not comfortable with smartphones. It uses large buttons, simple icons, voice prompts, and supports 8 Indian languages including Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, and Punjabi. Most drivers are comfortable with the app within 15–20 minutes of first use. We also provide short video tutorials in regional languages.

Every customer gets a dedicated account manager, live onboarding training (remote or on-site based on plan), video tutorial library, in-app contextual help, and access to our knowledge base. Ongoing support is available 24/7 via phone, WhatsApp, chat, and email. Enterprise plans include quarterly business reviews and proactive performance recommendations.

Yes. We assist with importing your existing vehicle list, driver profiles, route configurations, and historical trip data (where available). Our team provides standard data import templates and validates the migration before you go live. There is no need to re-enter everything manually. Just share your existing data in Excel or CSV format and our team handles the rest.
